George Lowe was born on January 15, 1924 in Hastings, North Island, New Zealand as Wallace George Lowe. He was a cinematographer and director, known for The Conquest of Everest (1953), The Queen in Australia (1954) and Millions for the Finding (1954). He was married to Mary and Susan Hunt. He died on March 20, 2013 in Ripley, Derbyshire, England.
